Hardware installation
We replace traditional locks with electronic Burg-Wächter systems. Our team typically completes installation in one day. We then set up your personal account and configure it to your requirements. Reliable hardware and secure Google Cloud infrastructure form the basis for stable operation.
Training and integration
We train you and your team and answer all questions. On request, we integrate Keysoft with your PMS for fast booking exchange and enable online payments.
Guest communication
Right after booking, guests receive all details via the right channel – email, SMS or WhatsApp. Before arrival, the system automatically generates and sends the unique access code for the booked room.
WhatsAppGuest check-in
After arrival, guests open their room at any time with their unique code – no keys or cards. When the booking period ends, the code is automatically deactivated and the room stays protected for the next guest.
